Right now our government has the ability to set a standard for what we should be able to see behind our cars. We need your immediate help to get this bill passed through legislature. Tell your members of Congress that saving children from backover deaths shouldn't be an option. This can happen to anyone, even a Senator. This must not happen anymore. We need the auto industry to take responsibility and make our cars safer!

Posted on Monday, Jul. 23, 2007 Law pending to protect kids from cars backing up By DIANA MOSKOVITZ Arden Rosenfeld was walking home from a neighbor's house, her daughter Veronica scampering a few steps ahead. Suddenly a Lincoln Town Car backed out of a driveway, running over the 2-year-old as her horrified mother watched. Veronica died shortly after the accident.
