When Veronica was born we saw this perfect little baby with lots and lots of blond hair.  As her sister says "the prettiest baby in the world."

Veronica, even as a little baby always seemed to be a very affectionate child and a kind hearted person.  As she grew and developed she was becoming a gift of happiness that always filled the room.
She was a ball of energy running, climbing, swinging and laughing everyday!  She was full of life!  She loved to eat Cheerios and of course she loved her pacifier.  Two of her favorite activities were playing in the pool and having her sister bounce her up and down on the trampoline.
Veronica was this blond curly haired beautiful blue eyed girl who the minute she walked in the room made everyone smile.  She loved playing with her puzzles and building blocks.  Her favorite song was "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", playing peek a boo with her sister and playing kissing games with Daddy.
Veronica was just beginning to use her words and was really starting to call me mama.  She was blooming into the most beautiful rose! In two years this incredible child has touched and loved so deeply that everyone who was in her life will always know how lucky they are.
If you can't tell by now she was a child that was so desperately loved! WE LOVE YOU AND WE WILL MISS YOU FOREVER!!!

In My Daughter's Eyes

Picture
Veronica's Eyes
 In My Daughter's Eyes
In my daughter's eyes
I am a hero
I am strong and wise and I know no fear
But the truth is plain to see
She was sent to rescue me
I see who I wanna be
In my daughter's eyes

In my daughter's eyes
Everyone is equal
Darkness turns to light
And the world is at peace
This miracle God gave to me
Gives me strength when I am weak
I find reason to believe
In my daughter's eyes

And when she wraps her hand around my finger
How it puts a smile in my heart
Everything becomes a little clearer
I realize what life is all about
Is hanging on when your heart has had enough
Is giving more when you feel like giving up
I've seen the light
In my daughter's eyes

In my daughter's eyes
I can see the future
A reflection of who I am
And what will be
And though she'll grow and someday leave
Maybe raise a family
When I'm gone I hope you'll see
How happy she made me
And I'll be there
In my daughter's eyes
